Terms of Service

1. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Marketplace Transactions

Gigro Marketplace provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect. While we facilitate the transaction and payment process:

• Contracts are formed directly between the buyer and the seller.
• Sellers are responsible for the quality and delivery of their services.
• Buyers are responsible for providing clear instructions and timely feedback.

3. Payments & Escrow

To ensure safety, we use an escrow-style payment system:

• Funds are charged to the buyer when an order is placed.
• Gigro holds the funds until the buyer approves the delivery or the review period ends.
• Service fees are deducted from the seller's earnings as specified in our fee schedule.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Bypassing the platform to pay sellers directly.
• Posting fraudulent, offensive, or infringing content.
• Sharing personal contact information before an order is placed.
• Engaging in harassment or deceptive practices.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon completion of an order and full payment, the ownership of the work delivered is transferred to the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the seller.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the Gigro community. Users may close their accounts at any time, provided all active orders are completed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gigro Marketplace is provided "as is." We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between users on the platform.
