At Gigro, "Shipping" refers to the digital transfer of files and assets. No physical items are shipped unless explicitly stated in a custom offer. Delivery is handled through the Gigro Order Dashboard.

Files are uploaded directly to the order page for secure download.
Secure Links
For large files, sellers provide Drive or Dropbox links via the chat.
2. Delivery Timelines
Every Gig has a specific "Delivery Time" (e.g., 2 days, 7 days). This clock starts as soon as the buyer provides the required project information. Sellers are required to submit the final work before this countdown hits zero.
3. Proof of Delivery
A delivery is marked as "Shipped" when the seller clicks the **Deliver Now** button and attaches the final work. Buyers have 3 days (or 14 days for Pro services) to review the delivery and request revisions.
