1. Digital Service Nature
Since Gigro is a marketplace for digital services (freelancing), "Returns" in the traditional sense do not apply. Once a service is delivered and accepted, it is considered non-returnable.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The seller fails to deliver the project within the agreed deadline.
- The quality of work does not match the description provided in the Gig or project brief.
- The order is cancelled by the seller before the start of the work.
Escrow Protection
Your funds are held securely in the Gigro Escrow system. Payments are only released to the seller once you approve the final delivery. If you are unsatisfied, do not "Accept" the order; instead, request a revision or open a dispute.
3. Cancellation Process
Buyers can request cancellation through the Order Resolution Center. Sellers have 48 hours to respond to a cancellation request. If they fail to respond, the order is automatically cancelled and refunded to your Gigro Balance.
4. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, funds are credited to your Gigro Balance instantly. If you choose to withdraw the refund to your original payment method (Credit Card/PayPal), it may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
